Duratherm Warranty Procedure

Duratherm (Pty) Ltd offers a nationwide back-up service.
The service is outsourced to ITU Assist, with appointed service agents throughout South Africa.

The warranty process is simple to follow:

If you receive a call from your client, they will need to contact the call centre, number listed below.
The client will be required to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephonic contact details
  • Size of Geyser. (Whether Solar or Electrical)
  • Whether Vertical or Horizontal
  • Serial number of the geyser

An appointed service agent will contact the client to resolve the issue.
